The Administration has the authority to distribute funds and remains responsible for all core operations, including the delivery of programs and services on reserve.  The Executive Director is directly responsible for Coordinators who oversee approximately 50 employees in 14 departments.  The Departments include: Administration, Finance, Housing, Infrastructure, Culture, Communications, Fisheries & Wildlife, Lands & Resources, Economic Development, Education, Daycare, School, Health, and Social Development & Family Preservation.
